Their team is really talented, and really "got" what we were looking for - practicing (not preaching) human centered design. At the project onset, they provided a comprehensive work plan that outlined exactly what was going to happen and when in order to meet the deadline. They were able to create an attractive, effective and fresh visual language for our organization in only a few short weeks.
