He knew how much we loved the housework were leaving, so in looking for our next house, he came as close as possible to finding us a similar style of home. We came into it with a bit of apprehension, having heard from so many of our friends and acquaintances how stressful it is. Bryan made the whole affair fun, and exciting, and as low on stress as possible! He was open, friendly, transparent, attentive, and flexible. He listened to our expectations, gave his suggestions, never pressured or withheld information. He shared his expertise, which turned out the best when we were faced with a difficult choice. He was available at all times of the day (which we didn't expect, but appreciated). To put it simply, the house viewings with Bryan were easy, convenient, and fun! We ended up buying a house in a much better area than we initially had hoped for. Having no experience, we wouldn't have seen the potential in the house that now - after just a touch of renovations and yard work - has become our beloved home! I really liked that I never felt rushed at a showing and never felt like I was inconveniencing him when I wanted to see a house for a second time. He is a very good communicator and always made time to answer my many questions. I also appreciated how honest Travis was. He always made sure I was aware of any concerns he had regarding the condition of any of the properties we looked at.
