Bought an affordable and reliable used car, that came with a full tank of gas and an oil change. Awesome

Rob and his team has been extremely accommodating with all of our needs, they have helped family purchase vehicles as well as help us with u haul rentals at the very last minute, I cannot say enough about the service, they pride themselves in being honest and helpful regardless of your price range or needs, I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, just good honest people, a quality hard to find these days

Wanted a trailer rental. I was Waiting until he was done with the customer ahead of me and when she was finished the guy completely ignored my bf and I after we had been waiting for him to talk to us. We had been the only ones in there for about 15 minutes patiently waiting. An older man walked in 15 mins after and when the guy was finished with the woman ahead of us, Instead of speaking to us he asked the older gentleman who came in after us what he could do for him. COMPLETE IGNORANCE. So finally when we did talk to him he said the traielrs were all spoken for. Fair enough it was a Friday, as we went to another uhaul we come to find out that he had trailers available just didn't want to get our business apparently. I also drove by the autoboss 3 days later and nothing had been moved! Like nothing.. Guy is a complete ignorant ass. Everything to how he runs his business to the way he talks to people. Will never go there dont recommend anyone to either. Guys at Notre Dame uhaul are way more helpful and have great customer service. The one guy I dealt with called 5 places for us just to find us a trailer.

I tried to give Autoboss the benefit of the doubt but after I picked up my car yesterday I am completely unsatisfied and I would hope my review would deter customers from purchasing a vehicle from Autoboss. I am 24 and this was my first car purchase I would say their customer service was average, I would of liked a little bit more information and guidance as a first time buyer. Everything was finalized last week and I couldn't pick up the car until yesterday, so they had a week to fix or do anything last minute they needed too. Al handed me the keys and said when he went for the oil change that day there was a coolant leak through the Oring and they had it replaced so if the car smelt like coolant that was why. I had him open the hood and show me this as I didn't completely understand. Looked ok although there was coolant leaking over and some on other parts of the engine, not too sure why they couldn't of cleaned it up. Al said he would and he did after I saw it. Al then said he forgot to put gas in the car and handed me 50 dollars and said sorry about that you'll have to fill up its on a quarter tank, again I was a little thrown off they pride themselves in their ad for "a fresh oil change and a full tank of gas". And after spending a large amount of money a full tank of gas would of been nice, but again I was ok with it. I got in the car started it up and drove off, happy and excited for my very own first car. The gas light came on 3 minutes after I pulled out of the parking lot, again not happy about it but I guess people get busy. The next morning (today) I headed off to work and after about 35 kms the ABS light and traction control light came on. This is where I realized I have been taken complete advantage of and Autoboss decided bare minimum customer service and clearing the codes on the dash the day I picked it up was what they were going to do. I don't understand why they couldn't of fixed the problem with the car whether it be a wheel bearing, sensor or something else. I called this morning and left a message and I'm hoping this is resolved today. My very first car and I'm probably now stuck with paying a load of extra money I don't have fixing a car that shouldn't of needed fixing less than 24 hours after I picked it up. As a first time buying advising other buyers do your research and read the reviews, people don't make this stuff up if it looks like a poorly run business go elsewhere and spend your money.

Terrible service. The car I picked up was supposedly in near perfect condition and the day after I received it, the battery died and then continued dying ever since. After this first issue, we then realized the horn is gone (which is needed to pass certification, so I’m not too sure how that happened.) Following this, the alternator went as well and we did not have a block heater for the first 2 weeks of owning the car because they didn’t know where it was, no one could find it except for when the shop went under the car to look, that’s when theyfinally found it tucked in tight somewhere....This is unacceptable and should not be happening to a 2011 certified car! They do not accommodate to your personal/work schedule, even if you have deadlines to be met. Their service was incredibly unorganized from beginning to end, making it a very frustrating process so far. Although they are a family run buisness, they appear to be extremely unorganized and disrespectful. When trying to inquire about the amount of time it would take to receive my car back, they ignored me, did not answer and have been trying to to post pone things until the last minute.

The Auto Boss is a small but helpful dealership. I bought a mid aged car from them which has only exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, Rob answered any questions I had, he even offered to help me further if anything came up in the first bit of owning through them. I have and would continue to recommend The Auto Boss, sometimes the smaller dealerships offer a lot more than a big name.

I bought my very first car here when I was 21. It was an older car and I wasn’t expecting to have it forever. It actually exceeded expectations and lasted 2 years longer than I thought it would and I was still able to sell it while still in working condition. I have also used the uhaul services and never had a problem.

I've been in the auto boss a few times looking for vehicles and have recommended friends and family to them. They get a variety of used vehicles and make sure they are looked at from a local garage before they sell them. If there are any issues after the sale they warranty them. They also run a U-Haul business and allowed a local Mennonites community to use their location for a vegetable cooler exchange depot. They are a small but growing and take pride in their work. I’m impressed with this used car lot. I’m always concerned with used car salesmen because I feel like I’m being taken advantage of because I don’t know the lingo but Auto Boss has taken the time to explain the process. The only negative thing I can say is in the winter time their U-hauls don’t have winter tires. Unfortunately, this is out of the hands of Auto Boss because U-Haul is an American owned business.
