After my first few cases, they took the time to call and ask how everything went and if I preferred any adjustments or changes. They fabricated a beautiful emax anterior veneer case for me most recently and I didn’t have to pick up a single bur for the insert. The patient was extremely happy with the esthetics of the case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our office has been using Aurum since the Dr.'s Journey began at LVI in 2003. As a matter of fact, my crowns are EMAX by Aurum. 17 years later and I've never had a problem with them. Their turn around is quick and their, delivery, seat, no adjustment work is phenomenal. Dr.'s make a good prep, take a great impression and you won't be disappointed with the quality of work produced by this lab.

The whole team do their best to gain your trust and help you achieve the best outcome for your patients. They are available 24/7 via phone and email and their product has been superb. Love the warranty and how they stand behind their work and make sure that the customer is 100% happy.

I have also been using them for my patient's cosmetic work and I get consistent, beautiful veneers that I don't even need to adjust. My patients are so happy and it is a life changer for them. If you need any help, please ask for Gail. She is so nice and always quickly responds and gives great customer service. My main lab techs are Mike and Louise. Both are excellent. I Highly recommend!
