★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tight-knit community, nice units/amenities and some great views. The Artiste is kind of an east van institution. Managers Peter & Monica are engaged, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents and their experiences here. One of the better places to wait out a global pandemic.

The trees surrounding the building are soo beautiful! Thank you for hosting – living and working here has being an important part of my life in Vancouver. ?
Big shout-out to Monica and Peter for being so kind and helpful both during the move-in and the move-out process. ?

The Artiste and its care takers make a point to care, to care for the people who live in these homes. Peter & Monica went above and beyond to make mine and everyone else's experience there better, I was very grateful for my time there and would strongly recommend the Artiste for anyone looking for a home and a community! Thanks! 5 Stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to the Artiste May 2021 from Toronto. Monica made the whole process of viewing the apartment, signing the lease and getting set up super easy. She walked me through the process and answered every last question that I had the space. When I actually got there, all of the staff helped me get settled and get to the building. Peter also helped me grab 12 massive boxes that I had shipped to the nearby Post Office. They all went above and beyond in helping me!! Such kindness was really incredible to experience, especially after a stressful move.
I haven't really had any issues with this space, I love it! It's super quiet, cute and well maintained. The bathtub and hot water are off the hook amazing. Any small issues the team has dealt with immediately. And they're more concerned with our emotional well-being than they are with anything else. Which is really refreshing!!! Love living for sure. Nice folks in the building and TONS of adorable dogs. FYI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Artiste was a great place to live and run my arts-based business. The suites are set up for maximum flexibility, and the vibe is friendly. Also, the neighbourhood is so awesome, - best croissants outside of Paris, right across the street! It's rare that one can say nice things about one's landlord but I really thought Monica and Peter did a good job with everything. Whenever there was the slightest issue, they were on it. if I hadn't moved out of Vancouver, I never would have given that place up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The folks at The Artiste are INCREDIBLE. Peter & Monica support/build/foster such a special community that I was lucky to have spent 7 years with. Their responsiveness, attention, and care for residents is exceptional, creating a space that is comfortable & easy to feel like home. The kind of stability that comes with excellent management is something I think I took for granted (when there aren’t any issues, it’s easy to live in comfortable bliss) - it is such a treasure to find a place where people work behind the scenes in order to create that kind of comfort. The building itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and again, I never had to face any major apartment-related issues in those 7 years. On a personal note, Peter & Monica went above and beyond to help me with a difficult move-out. Having the support and assistance from the Artiste was such a gift that I never had expected to receive. If it was an option, I’d have stayed at the Artiste forever :) So grateful for my time, miss it dearly, and can’t recommend life at the Artiste enough.
