Jackie is a Registered Massage Therapist born and raised in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. She graduated from the Massage & Hydrotherapy program at McKay Career College in 2013. Her integrative approach to healing has helped many people struggling with chronic pain, injuries, muscle imbalances, stress & anxiety.

Jackie specializes in Myofascial Release. She also incorporates Swedish massage, hot clay packs, cupping, energy work (Reiki) & essential oils into your treatments. Yesterday at my appointment she was working on my sore lower back. She said it’s probably your psoas muscle. I have heard of this, but no one has ever massaged it before - you access it from the front of your body and it’s quite deep. It was knotted up and painful to have massaged, but I knew she was right. I curl weekly and it’s most likely the way I bend over while sweeping the rock that has tightened up this interior core muscle. Last night was the test, I woke up this morning with no pain all in my lower back! Thank you Jackie!! Keep up the good work.

Jackie is excellent at targeting problem areas and providing relief to those areas. I would highly recommend Jackie as a massage therapist and have done so to family and friends!

Jackie is easy to talk to, well educated, intuitive and has many massage styles to choose from! Jackie is a great listener and works with me to find the best treatment for my needs. Here is an example of massage style I have requested: Deep tissue/myofascial release, focused on one area for first 1/2 hr and guided meditation massage/reiki for the remaining hour. My favourite combination so far! She will also incorporates essential oils if requested.
