★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went with my fiance to see their show suite and we were not given the opportunity to look at the suite by Alexis due to the fact that we have a child. I understand that it's an 18+ building but we were out looking at show homes/suites as something to do on a nice day. We have never had this type of experience before and were offended by the treatment we received. We went walking around and were warmly welcomed by the Valour estate townhomes that are also located in the area. The sales lady there was kind and talkative and did not look down on us for visiting the townhouse even though it was completely out of our price range. Perhaps the difference between someone who has experience and someone who does not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never dreamed that I could be so happy here. I feel that structurally it is sound. I love the high ceilings, big windows and the overall design. A step above. The people in this building are wonderful. It is very well managed. Excellent condo board. Everything is well taken care of, clean, secure and quiet. The parks near by are so lovely. I am close to everything, being quite central it's easy access to downtown or anywhere in the city.
