K	Konstantin Pankratov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worse delivery service ever. Some of my parcels from Amazon were delivered by Tforce Dynamix. First: the delivery personnel never calls and never knocks to my door. Once my package was left outside the building, on a bench. I discovered it by a pure chance. The second time it was left a tthe lobby. When I tried to reach the customer service, I spent 1 hour calling during working hours with no luck to get anyone on the line. When I sent an email, I never received a response. I wonder why this company still exists, and why Amazon is using it.

You found the right place lol. They were kind enough to provide me of a tracking number only to update the status to "Not Delivered Wrong/Bad address!" (I corrected the errors before posting that.. that it looks more professional.) The address where I live exists since 1967 but well, for them it is a bad one which does not exist! Maybe I was living at the wrong place all that time lol :)
D	Director District on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Garbage service. The tracking said I was receiving my phone TODAY and it never arrived. I called customer service and no one picked up, very poor service, I feel sorry for them. I truly hope I never have to deal with them again.

He gave me a call to let me know he was there. I was afraid of the bad reviews and thought It was gonna take a while but I guess people only review when something goes wrong. Here's your 5 stars and my complete satisfaction.

I told her I will not be available the day she is giving me (this Saturday), she refused to give me another date and she did it in a very bad manner. Please do something with the bad manners of your staff. I do not recommend this company.
R	R Steve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery person buzzed in I picked up the phone but he/she didn't say a word, so I said hello then opened the door. Several minutes later no one knocked the door so I guess it's just dropped off at the door. No, it's not there, I thought that might just be some ramdom person who mistakenly buzzed in my number. I went to my email checked the tracking and it didn't say either if it's delivered. Several hours later I went down to pick up something from a friend and I saw my package sitting in the mail room near the flyer/recycle bin, pacakge theft happens in my building and I don't want this happen. Any delivery company should drop off at customer's unit door or at least tell customer the package is for pick up in the mailroom. Please improve!!

Very quick to answer bad reviews and pretend they want to help solve the situation but once you give them more info and try to reach out it’s radio silence! Tracking 00000644411152097103 First off it took FOREVER for you to pickup the package, then you say it has been delivered which is not true. I was there all day. No one rang, no one knocked. Everytime I place an order online and the company chooses you for delivery there is a problem. Everytime.

I have had issues every time a company had to deliver a package using them, the order is always cancelled or lost, and never delivered. This is really a pattern, I wonder if they steal our package. They do not answer emails or if they answer, they do not answer directly the question or let you know that they have treated your request, but they have not. Or they would try to blame another company, saying that they did not receive the package, when it is clear that the package has been delivered to them and it is stuck with them!!!!!! Companies should AVOID this company if they want to keep their business. I really hope T Force/Dynamex goes out of business sooner than later. HORRIBLE company.
