★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company sucks the staff is real rude if you go on there web site it say ( Our team will work hard to be sure that you are satisfied with your purchase and to help in any way possible. We look forward to working with you and welcome your inquiries.) so i called them looking for a Luxury Valour quilt in black i told them i went to linen chest and they did not carry this in black ,i got the name of the distributor which is Text tile city in miss i went on there web site and read the speel in brackets that we could call them if we had any inquires and asked them if they carry this in quilt in black i was told by some lady in sales they cant give out that info i have to go through linen chest , i said they dont carry this in black ,can you give me a list of other stores in miss that carry this product in black they said no we can not give out that info she said we should not even be taking these calls or talking to you .you need linen chest to call us . i am very confused i have never known a manufacturer or distributor who cant give us a list of other retailers who carry there products ?

Most importantly, the management has a lot to be desired, has immense room for improvement in terms of service and productivity. You want high-quality products? Avoid here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the best customer service I had. Bed, bath and beyond didn't carry the bedsheet set I wanted so I contacted the distributor to see if they had it. They were quick with their service and the customer service lady was extremely kind and helpful. Not only did I get the bed sheet that I didn't think I was going to get, but also the owner personally contacted me and dealt with my case. 5/5 would buy from here again and recommend to all my friends and family. Wonderful job ☺️
