The bike is very easy to use and adapt to the different assist level settings. Looking forward to many more outings. He took the time to answer ALL our questions. I was afraid that once the sale was over, the after sale would suffer but NO … when we picked up our bikes a week later, Drew was answering more of my questions! The staff are all welcoming and friendly. The bikes are great, look slick and ride awesome. Highly recommend Teslica!

They made sure to explain everything to us and let us test drive the e-bikes we were interested in. Purchased two and on day of pick they went over everything about the bikes and told us how to care for them. Highly recommend Teslica, everyone we dealt with was fabulous and informative. Shop Teslica, you won’t regret it.

Friends suggested we look into pedal-assist bikes. We knew very little about e-bikes but after a visit to the Teslica store all our questions were answered by patient and knowledgeable staff. These bikes are great quality, competitively priced and the sales/service are second to none. On our first visit there was absolutely no pressure. Phil happily answered all our questions, explained the bikes and even set us up for a test drive! When we returned the next day to purchase the bikes Mahmoud, once again, spent lots of time explaining all the features and getting our new bikes and us road-ready. We took them for an inaugural 14km ride when we got them home and it was hard to wipe the smiles off our faces. These bikes are a dream to ride. They make climbing hills a breeze and your ride is enjoyable from beginning to end. Kory and his team are amazing. The shop is buzzing with positivity and happy customers dropping in to just to say hi, to have adjustments done on the spot or to browse and ask questions. Whatever you need, they are there for you. We look forward to hitting the trails and enjoying biking again. Thanks guys, you are the best!

We have just purchased 2 Teslica E-bikes and although the weather has not been too cooperative for testing our new rides, we feel confident that we have made the right purchase from the right company. From the get go, we didn't experience any aggressive sale pitches. The staff just gave us the information to make the right choice. They even convinced us to purchase the product we needed and not the more expensive model. Pick up was another good experience as the owner spent so much time fitting the bikes to us and telling us about all the features, answering questions and reminding us of the 15 month warranty and free servce tune-up. I was just so impressed. NO I AM NOT A SHARE HOLDER! But rather just a happy customer. I will be very disappointed and surprised if the after-purchase experience/service, when needed, is anything but superior.

We chose Teslica because of the positive reviews and comments, AND because the bikes are built and serviced in Ottawa. The service and knowledge we were given in "the release'" was top notch and an essential part of taking the bike home.Knowing we can depend on this great service even if we're out of province/country means the world to us! Both folding bikes fit into or Mazda 5 easily with room to spare! How cool is that?! Great attention to detail.

He took his time and explained to me how everything works and all the bells and whistles to it and questions I had. Im so happy they've went out of their way to have a bike in my hands the same day. Thank you again! :) To note Mohmoud made sure everything was tuned properly for my ride home. This e-bike is so amazing with the 10.4 amp battery also you can get a battery upgrade as well for longer journey's It does give you quite a distance with the standard battery using the peddle assistance. I definitely love the colour, the big fat tires it's totally a mean machine ? I'm definitely gonna baby this bike! I'm actually excited to visit to get my first tuneup and possibly some upgrades ?. If your looking for a place to find a nice ride for your adventures or either commute from home to work check theses guys out! The team there are amazing ! They care about their bikes and also the customer kid you not! ❤️. Cheers!
