★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need to put up a sign saying even if you're in the vehicle you can still get a ticket so please pay for parking. This is a scam parking lot that will claim they issued a dashboard ticket only to scam tesla owners months later with a letter with hiked prices. BEWARE!

Impark indoor parkade #695. 8 Superchargers on P3. Tesla Supercharger/idle fees apply; Impark parking fees apply when parked. High curbs on side. J1772 Level 2 charging stations available on P2.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No problem with the Supercharger, except perhaps that it's a bit tight, and the high curbs could easily ding your door. Impark on the other hand I'm not too happy with. I came by just to quickly check out the Supercharger, having just purchased my Tesla the day before. I stayed for maybe 10 min talking to someone next to me. I looked at the parking rates, then decided to leave. I received a collection notice in the mail 1.5 months later for $89.25. When I called Impark they said they don't bother confronting people sitting in their Tesla's. They would not reverse the ticket. Be warned that you won't even know when they've ticketed you, so be prepared to pay for parking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Down on level III, not too hard to find because there are Tesla signs everywhere anyway, total 9 stations to charge, nice set up. If you park, then you have to pay Impark pricing, but if you stay in your vehicle, then it’s for free.
I’m just surprised it’s the only one in Vancouver! Please give us more charging spots!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a very quaint charger. It uses the parking area very efficiently and is nicely put together. When you enter the stalls, you have a compact swing in and out of the charger; furthermore, you have to be observant of the curb high which might scratch your Tesla. All in all its a very nicely put together charger and long needed in downtown Vancouver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great charging station DT. Always spots available. Hardly ever failed chargers and if so they are fixed ASAP. Places to eat only an elevator ride away and an amazing mountain / ocean view of you venture outside. Paid, unpaid up to you lol ??♂️

Not much space and need to be careful
Good think is you don’t have to pay parking “I’m just taking a 15 mins quick charging, so I’m not sure is it illegal or not”???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient supercharger, but shady practices where the impark enforcers sneak up on unsuspecting Tesla drivers. If you drive away, it won’t matter they’ll just take a photo of your license plate and enter it anyways. Super unforgiving.
Either pay for parking, or keep an eye out for the enforcer. I.e. don’t be heads down on your phone while in your car.
