Lorenzo who is the owner of the company is very professional and was very punctual with the time frame. They’re very clean and do an amazing job. I asked Lorenzo to place a promotional sign on my front yard. The company has a team which knows what they are doing, no questions or confusions, upon signing the contract I explained what I wanted and they understood. Lorenzo isn't the type of person who gives you fake promises. if you ask him to do something and he can do it, we will do it, if it's something they don't do, he will tell you so. I will post a picture later, but highly recommended and for sure will call him in future and refer him. He did a house on next block 3 years ago and when I asked the owner if they were happy and they recommended it, I said that's it, I'll be giving him my business. Even the owner asked if I wanted to see his work (at her place), but her answer was enough to call him same day and sign the contact. Thank you JO-NIC INC Note: Their staff didn’t smoke, didn’t leave any garbage, Pepsi cans, or coffee cups on the location, the owner made sure that when they leave the location all their mess is collected and stored in large plastic bags.

Don't expect the cheapest price but do expect the best quality work and attention to detail....they really do exceptional work and do everything to make the final outcome perfect.
