On y trouve une aire d'attente intérieure, une billetterie, des toilettes, un dépanneur, etc. Le personnel est généralement sympathique. Good metro station and bus terminal. The places are usually clean (except sometimes the toilet). There is an indoor waiting area, a ticket office, a washroom, a convenience store, and so on. The staff is generally friendly.

Ça m'a coûté l'équivalent d'une journée complète de perte de temps. Arrogance et impertinence d'une employée défendant sa collègue ayant commis des erreurs techniques sur mes cartes Opus. Après coup, une fois l'erreur constatée et corrigée (24 heures plus tard), pas une seule excuse. Arrogance et réception froide au premier rang jusqu'à la fin. Exo, une lettre de plainte avec tous les détails s'en vient dans le mois. I had a very bad experience with the ARTM ticket office in Montmorency a few weeks ago (August 2021). It cost me the equivalent of a full day of wasted time. Arrogance and impertinence of an employee defending her colleague who made technical errors on my Opus cards. Afterwards, once the error has been noticed and corrected (24 hours later), not a single excuse. Arrogance and cold reception in the front row until the end. Exo, a letter of complaint with all the details is coming within the month.
