D	David Root on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty and dingy, uncomfortable seating. Cannot see all stalls from inside, to know when busses are arriving or boarding for departure. Concession was 'closed' between 11:00-11:15, and could not purchase monthly pass -- busses depart at 11:15.

R	Rob & Ray “Bubzie & Babez” Cummings on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The terminals inside is very dreary n dark, the bathrooms smell & are very dirty. The seating is cold & hard. The staff that work the canteen is great except for 1 or 2 of the ladies that work there. They seem to not really enjoy their jobs. Most of the bus drivers are great, very helpful & approachable but again there are a select few that seem to act like they are on a power trip. For the most part the staff is nice, the terminal needs some work & I would like to mention there is an older gentleman that works security, i will get his name then update my review, but he is the best worker that I've had the pleasure to deal with at our city terminal. In fact he is one of the nicest workers I've seen almost anywhere around town. Kudos to you Mr. Security, your a great asset to our city. Ive seen this man hand out his own change when a lady was short on her fare, and insert his own money into the pop machine when a young man lost his last $2.25 after the machine ate his change & didnt dispense any pop. Wish workers everywhere were like this guy.
