★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent almost 40 minutes in the store waiting to be served and not one of their employees even acknowledged my presence. There was four employee's serving 3 clients during this time.
At one point while I was leaning against the wall of drawers that hold their supplies and one of the young ladies addressed me with "excuse me hun, I have to get in behind you"
I called one of their competitors from their showroom, confirmed they had what I wished to purchase and in less then 25 minutes had driven across town and bought my hardware.
Sorry to say that this will be my last trip to Custom as my business is now going to a local competitor who greeted me as I came through the door with a simple "Hello, how can we help you" .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open 8am-5pm? I take an hour off work to get a new phone, and they cant open on time. Sat outside the door for half an hour before i left. Not comming back either. Ill go to Vector, they were open on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given 2 stars as Bryston who has only been there about 3 months was great although he was not very knowledgeable about the Samsung xcover pro, a $700. + phone. It cost me almost $60. to have a data transfer from my old phone. As I was giving the old phone away, I got it done. When my granddaughter went to Virgin in the mall to get the phone activated that I gave her. Alex stated he would have did the transfer for free whether I bought the phone there or not. I realized I lost my Bluetooth ear piece. I called Custom Cellular and Bryston went out to check for it and found it. So he was excellent and I would give him 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. Way too long of a wait. So frustrating. Its makes a person angry waiting more than half an hour in line to find out that it takes 5 minutes to fix your problem. Need more staff.. nice staff though

Took about half hour to get everything set-up however all of our questions were answered and walked out with a brand new phone completely backed up from my other phone the clerk did absolutely everything for us!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store refused to accept cash (which as per Bank of Canada, bank notes are legal tender) for me to purchase an inexpensive item. This is despite the fact that even due to the pandemic 'Announcement: COVID-19 - Bank of Canada asks retailers to continue accepting cash.' First store in 18 months that has refused to accept cash for goods or services from me or my family.
