ESCALATION MANAGERS WONT CALL YOU BACK! The frontline staff are wonderful but clearly do NOT have the infrastructure they need from management in order to be able to do their jobs even remotely competently from beginning to end. Save yourself hours on hold without wifi and GO. WITH. SHAW.

Dear Telus, Can you please send this out to your technicians so they have a basic understand of how a network should be installed. 3 separate "techs" came out and had a switch before the router causing all kinds of fun issues. When you wait a week for someone to come out to fix your problems you kind of expect them to have a basic understanding of what they are doing. Luckily he at least had the tools so i could do it myself while he watched.

I moved to a new place and asked Telus to setup my internet. Technician came and told me he is unable to setup on that day since there is a problem in the wiring. This simple fault require two weeks to fix. Irony is we are living in a digital world and this taking two weeks. Highly not recommended. If I can give no stars I would give them that

Just awful. The automated call in interface is degrading and unhelpful only to be told after painful navigation that I am such a valuable future customer that I get the privilege of waiting an hour to talk to someone. I refuse to spend the valuable hours of my life chasing after businesses to give them money. I will never buy services from Telus. Ever.

I have never felt like I was not appreciated as much as I was tonight. I called the billing department as my services have been cut off and I have a child with disabilities and the only way to keep him behaving is to let him watch tv. I also have disabilities and require a telephone line for medical equipment to work so that it can call emergency services if I fall and cannot call myself. All Telus was concerned about was getting their full payment and had no concerns about the safety and well-being of my family. I will inform all my friends and family to avoid using this companies services as all they care about is making money. They should be ashamed on how they treat long term customers.
