★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner Kelly loves all animals and any questions that you have with your pet she can help answer your questions. The staff at telling tails have a great love for animals and you can see that the staff there because they love it. This is the only place that I will go to for anything my dog needs. The dog toys that you get at telling tails are of really good quality and last a longer time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are amazing!! I often bring my large dog into the self dog wash and buy my furry lovers food there as well. The groomers always have little trips and ticks for me, which I really appreciate! I love how friendly everyone is keeps me going back for that amazing atmosphere!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They cancelled my appointment for a grooming session 2 days before but never left a voicemail. When I was at the store they acted as if the appointment was never made. After playing the voicemail confirming the appointment to them (as proof of the appointment) their story changed to "you made the appointment but we cancelled it" the owner did not apologize, she said "something was lost in translation, somebody else mustve gotten the voicemail." Obviously this was nonsense and was not something I could respond to. The reason for the 2 star rating (and not 1 star) is because the other staff were friendly. The store seems very nice and the staff friendly but my personal experience was poor. I will try them again in the future and if the experience is better I will delete this review, or if they apologize for the less-than-ideal handling of the situation I will delete it. I don't want issues, but I had to bring it up

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be great for first few years, now owner is very rude and very condescending. Talks down to you like you know nothing and only her opinion is the right one. She ruined an otherwise great day for me, excited about my new puppy. I will deal with Pet Valu in the mall from now on! Knowledgeable staff there too and super-friendly to boot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my dogs favorite store he tries to take us to the pet store ever day when we go on our walks. The people that work there are always welcoming and go above and beyond to make my fur baby happy. They even bring in toys they know my dog will love!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The highest quality food and pet health products. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. If you have any questions or concerns with your dog, don't be shy to speak up and ask them! They will absolutely spend the time to help. Lots of parking, great location. Highly recommend!!
