L	Li M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUING Telecon Canada for Gross Negligence, Trespassing, and Destruction of Private Property This morning, 2 Telecon workers "accidentally" cut the internet, cable, and telephone lines into my house during COVID and WFH. They then dug a hole 2 meters wide and 2 meters deep in my front yard. I have NEVER called Telecon or given any permission for them to do work outside my house and they came onto my property. They caused me to LOSE AN ENTIRE DAY OF INCOME that I need to feed my family and pay my bills during a pandemic because they "accidentally" cut the internet line. They also destroyed the front lawn. I tried to call Telecon's headoffice and their phone lines are disconnected and not active. This company is GROSSLY NEGLIGENT and has ZERO INTEGRITY. I will be suing for all the monetary, not to mention mental and emotion trauma this has caused me and my family.

No sorry, no acknowledgement of how it's affecting us. My husband works from home and kids have online school. I was horrified by how unprofessional they are. When I called telecon, number not in service. Telecon needs to take responsibility to train workers to be professional or some kind of decency. They should be held accountable. Just because they work for the city or whoever doesn't mean they can getaway with such unprofessionalism. Due to covid and cold weather, It took us over a week to get everything in order.
B	Bookkeeping Services on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible at doing construction work on the road . Many complaints forwarded to the city about the company from everyday drivers. I posted an image to show the aftermath of a job they did last year. My car went through a hole they dug. They left a plate over not covering it properly and my car went through it causing more than $1000 in damages. Only after I complained to the city they cover up the hole.
