★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't recommend Remi, JP, and the rest of their team. I got two basement developed, in a side by side duplex at the same time. The duplex was brand new built, on one side was a legal suite and the other side was a general basment built. Teknicon was very responsive to all the questions I had, they quality of the build exceeded expectations. I had gotten three quotes, there was one of the lower ones however the
higher end finishes I did not expect to be already included in the quote. It was the best experience I had dealing with a contractor, they kept the job site clean, kept me notified of timelines, and worked with me with all the changes. It was great not having to stress over this process.
