Not only were they out to our house very quickly, but they had their side of the repair to our sewer drain done in a day and a half. They made me feel better about the work being done, and eased my concerns at every step. On top of that, the employee who did the work stopped at my house to check that everything was working and that we were able to use water again once the city was done their side of the repair.

They were able to do the job within one day of me noticing the tank was leaking and therefore, I had no damage to my home. They were quick, professional and friendly. Their process of using text to communicate was very helpful and the entire process was easy. I highly recommend them.

The first time was because I discovered a leak coming from the utility room roof that was leaking down the electric panel. They arranged same day service, they were accommodating, and they were so affordable! As a first time homeowner I was worried I would have to pay an arm and a leg, but they were more than reasonable with their pricing. The second time I called because our hot water tank had leaked. We called and asked for Shawn again. He was on another call, so we did have to wait a few hours. We were talking about switching to on demand, and he gave us some honest advice that helped us to decide to stay with the tank. He installed it for us without any problems. Again, the bill was really affordable. I would not hesitate to call Tek in the future... their customer service is amazing!

Tek was able to come and do the job the same day and was the cheapest of the four or five places I called. The technician who came also offered to add in a valve on the line to the tank because there wasn't one. We were not charged for this. The only small complaint I had was that he left a puddle sitting on the platform under the tank from draining. I thought he could have said something about it or asked for a towel to clean it up or something. But this aside, we were very pleased with their service and everything! Highly recommended!
