★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nous avons fait l’ erreur de signer un contrat à Saguenay avec un vendeur itinérant qui n’avait pas de permis.L’enduit a été appliqué sans nettoyage adéquat sur l’asphalte. La mousse et le sable n’ont pas été enlevés. Evidemment le revêtement n’a pas tenu 1 journée. Après plusieurs appels et promesses non tenus de corriger le tout cela n’a jamais été fait. Les petites créances semble la seule solution malheureusement.
 We made the mistake of signing a contract in Saguenay with an itinerant seller who did not have a permit. The coating was applied without adequate cleaning on the asphalt. The moss and sand were not removed. Obviously the coating did not last 1 day. After several broken calls and promises to fix it all this was never done. Small claims seems the only solution unfortunately.

Le vendeur (Joey) te dérange le soir, te fait des promesses et tu acceptes en te disant que c'est mieux que rien. 1 étoile parce qu'ils se sont présentés.
This is the first time that I've written a review, because after a week without a return call for a job poorly done, I don't even want to relaunch them. The salesperson (Joey) bothers you at night, makes promises and you accept by telling yourself it's better than nothing. 1 star because they showed up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Après quelques jours suivant les travaux d'entretien de notre entrée en asphalte (réparation des fissures et pose de scellant), nous avons remarqué qu'en divers endroits (environ 7 endroits différents), les fissures avaient été mal colmatées (les fourmis en émergent facilement) et en deux autres endroits, le bitume posé au-dessus des fissures n'a pas tenu en place. Malgré trois relances auprès de la compagnie au cours des deux dernières semaines, je n'ai toujours pas eu de suivi de leur part. Très insatisfait du travail effectué et du service après-vente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fort probablement la pire compagnie à qui j'ai donné un contrat, toute catégorie confondue. Ils doivent être restés sur place 5 minutes; ''nettoient'' votre entrée avec un souffleur à la va-vite, aspergent l'enduit sur le sable, les glands de chêne, les repousses, bref sur tout ce qu'ils étaient censés enlever initialement (et l'option désherbage était sélectionnée sur le contrat). Impossible à contacter par la suite car ne réponds pas aux appels et boite vocale pleine. Si vous réussisez à les rejoindre après 50 tentatives, ils disent qu'ils vont venir constater durant l'après-midi mais ne viennent pas, aucun suivi par la suite. Bonne leçon de vie sur les vendeurs itinérants.
Quite possibly the worst company I have ever given a contract to, any category. They must have remained on site for 5 minutes; '' clean '' your driveway with a quick blower, sprinkle the coating on the sand, the oak acorns, the regrowth, in short on everything they were supposed to remove initially (and the weed control option was selected on the contract). Unable to contact afterwards because they do not answer calls and voicemail is full. If you manage to reach them after 50 attempts, they say they will come and see during the afternoon but don't come, no follow-up afterwards. Have a good lesson in traveling salespeople.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pire service que j'ai obtenue. Ils font de fausses promesses et ne font pas le travail en entier. J'ai fait affaire avec eux pour sceller mon asphalte et avoir une rampe de 5 pied chez moi. Ils ont pris 3 semaines pour venir chez moi après 3 appels de ma part. On me dit oui oui aujourd'hui sans faute et ne viennent pas. Une autre journée à attendre pour rien. Ils écrivent sur votre entré avec de la peinture donc vous ne pouvez pas canceller vraiment le service. Ils sont venu faire le scellant mais non jamais complété la rampe. J'ai appelé le patron de l'entreprise pour me faire dire que son représentant ne faisait pas les bons prix malgré que j'ai une facture manuscrite. Le patron me dit qu'il va faire un suivit et venir sur place et il est jamais venu. Une compagnie très mal organisé et ne prennent pas leurs clients au sérieux.
Worst service I've had. They make false promises and don't do the whole job. I did business with them to seal my asphalt and have a 5 foot ramp in my house. They took 3 weeks to come to my house after 3 calls from me. I am told yes yes today without fail and do not come. Another day to wait for nothing. They write on your entry with paint so you can't really cancel the service. They came to do the sealer but never completed the ramp. I called the boss of the company to be told that his representative was not giving the right prices despite the fact that I have a handwritten invoice. The boss tells me that he will follow up and come on site and he never came. A very poorly organized company and do not take their customers seriously.
