Given the change in the market I feel they did an outstanding job both marketing and ultimately selling the property. They coordinated with three different tenants and were able to accommodate showings whilst respecting everyones schedule and space. In addition to showing the home they did an amazing job negotiating the offer and getting me the best price possible. I am so impressed with TeamW and recommend them to anyone I know in need of a realtor.
