Contractor Sunny was always late for his appointment and offered nothing by way of apology when he arrived at a later date, or sometimes didn't even show up. I repeatedly tried to contact Sunny about the defects about the cabinet that was made and installed, but he refused to deal with my concerns.
I am most annoyed that I always need to waste a morning to wait for Sunny to show up. My impression of Teamwood Kitchen Cabinet has been tarnished. Took them about 10 months to finally repair the problems they made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TEAMWOOD CABINETS TO ANYONE. horrible service before and after the job lies after lies, never came back to finish the job. excuse after excuse pretty sad had to hire someone else to finish the job which at the end cost me more money. talked to alot of people that have hired them they all say the same. biggest mistake they ever made hiring teamwood. !!!!!!!BEWARE OF TEAMWOOD CABINETS !!!!!!!!!!!

Still not complete, when phone the owner or the actually business good luck getting them on the phone. The number one excuse is a family member sick!!! Sweet talk into getting your work but good luck getting the job done. Installers have a huge attitude and talk down to you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just call Sunny teamwood. He only asked for 25 percent down before the cabinet production began. And there was a hold back for 3 months after cabinet installation. All other cabinet makers wanted 50 percent before production begins and 50 percent before they install the cabinets. All the negative reviews I think are from competition. Sunny did the cabinet drawings (3D) before we even paid him a single dollar! We asked for 3/4 inch plywood cabinets he only charged us the cost of wood which was only 3000. While other cabinet makers wanted 10,000. We did other upgrades aswell, like upgrading to Blum hardware , mitered doors etc.. and the same story he only charged extra for what he had to pay , no upcharge. Just call him look at his works and then decide. It's not going to cost you anything. He's the most honest professional tradesmen I met!
