I have used Cassandra Ariken as my realtor for multiple transactions over the last 4 years. She helped me sell my home (very quickly and for above asking) in 2017 and she just helped me purchase a new home (I take possession on Monday). She also took me out to look at homes in the past, and even though I didn’t buy at the time, she was always very supportive and encouraged me to wait for the right place to come along (and was never pushy). I have nothing but good things to say about Cassandra and her team. Cassandra is incredibly knowledgeable, reliable, kind, caring and professional. And although she is very sweet and kind, she can also be assertive when needed and stand up for you as her client. She answered every single question I had very quickly (even though I didn’t have many questions because she is VERY thorough when it comes to keeping you up to date and informed every step of the way). I really felt like I was taken care of throughout all of my transactions. If there was ever anything that needed to be dealt with she immediately would say “Don’t worry, I’m on it.” and never left me feeling stressed or uncertain. Buying and selling homes can be very stressful, so you need someone who is on your side to help you along the way. I will never use anyone else except for Cassandra and her team in the future. My friends and family have also commented that they would love to use her in the future as well after seeing how much she did for me during my latest purchase. She really listened to what i wanted and she never made me feel any pressure in buying, she really had our family's best interest at heart.
