We have dealt with Team Auctions multiple times, they are a great company to work with! Great staff, wonderful marketing to sell or purchase what we are looking for, and an all around quick and painless process.

Auction does zero review of any vehicles they sell on there lot. If it runs through here its scrap iron. My personal experience and opinion. AMVIC will be alerted.

This auction team is the best one that I have ever dealt with! They were super helpful and knowledgeable. The team went the extra mile to help me with all my questions and concerns! Thank you Team Auctions! You made this easy for us!

Went to team auction, have been dealing with auctioneers for 20+ years but have not seen an auction who comes together with the seller and allows them to bid against the buyer. Spoke to Clayton from Sekura auction before leaving from the east coast to go buy a vehicle. Went there and saw a sign that strictly says NO BUY BACKS. Found out upon arrival that is not true the owner of the truck was bidding and raising the price and the sad part was the auction knew about it. If there was an option to rate in the negatives that’s what it would be. Strongly recommend to never go here.

I just thought you would want to know how very disappointed I am with your companies lack of customer service , and false promises . To begin with I brought a full trailers worth of good quality misc tools from Edmonton to you guys on the promise of top dollar for the April 27th auction. Clayton decided to NOT put any of them in the live auction , which was never discussed with me. Secondly , after conversations via text message I told Clayton That I would NOT be interested in selling my trailer for less then $12K , he insisted that I would get 12K plus and the sooner I get the trailer and the tools down, the faster he could start advertising and get them on the web page . I agreed to bring everything down to him based on his word . I then asked him if he had anyone to take the wrap off the trailer as I would not have time to do this before bringing it to him , he said that he had someone , and did NOT discuss any cost of this removal for me , I then assumed that was part of the service provided , seeing how you guys make more money on the more you sell it for . March 19th I arrived with my goods , signed some papers with the girls up front and left , they told me that they would email me a inventory list once they completed it , I said ok, again doing this based on there word. March 25th I texted Clayton asking how everything is going , he responded "the girls are working on it”. I did NOT here or receive any other communications from him after that . I then texted him again on April 15th with my concerns and asking for a inventory list , as I notice a few things missing from the website . I did NOT hear back from him or anyone since then . I did however final receive my check from the auction of $9,340.00 this included the commissions of $1,186.40 and the expect of $1,349.25 for taking the decals off the trailer , ya the one that your GM said I would get at least $12,000.00 for , I got $6,900.00 for it … so my total over all payment was less then what my trailer was promised to bring in alone . Needless to say I am very disappointed in this company , its funny I keep getting emails and texts from your finance guys for upcoming auctions , but NO follow up on how bad you guys did on selling items for a customer .

2020-08-27 Won 6 lots in an online (due to Covid) Auction. Paid for them and went to pick up and low and behold, one complete lot is MISSING. Upon dealing with the "manager" who seemed absolutely clueless here I am 2 months later, never contacted or called, and STILL not resolved. They shine when they want to and also could care a less sometimes.

Team Auctions is one of the fastest growing auctions in western Canada. As a senior buyer for a local Transportation Dealership I acquired several good quality trucks and trailers over the years. Team has advertising and community reach that helps bring better than average pricing.

Buyer and seller beware! If you had items in the March 2022 auction in Drayton Valley you might have taken a major loss on you items. These guys had their auction site go down in the middle of a sale for a half hour and sold all items in that time frame for the last bid. I feel bad for whoever sold the Bosch diagnostic tablet because they let it go for fractions of what you should have gotten. There was a bidding war on it before the site went down and I was willing to go much higher myself. Emailed, phoned and had other people logging in from 3 other devices and nobody could get the auction site to load including their own staff. Poor customer service, also bought a"working" safe that wouldn't open when I got home and after dozens of phone calls and emails it looks like I'm getting stuck with a 600lb paperweight. Zero stars wasn't an option.
