★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had my trip cancelled twice before coming down. Changed times the day before trip was planned, with previous owner but not with me. Then driver made her own decision she didn't feel safe with my horse in a standing stall so he was put in a box stall. She said he was fine for the whole ride just not when she shut the door. He showed up with bleeding ankles, black marks down his left side and spooked for days. Originally quoted $350 then it went up to $500 from Salmon Arm to Hope. Ruined my "professional transport" experience.

She constantly kept us updated on her progress and in regards to how our boy was doing. She sent us lots of photos during the trip and he arrived in excellent condition at his new home. Will definitely be using again!
