SNEAKING IN OLD LOGGING ROADS AND HIDING IN THE DARK. This behavior is disgusting. Let alone the amount of violent assaults this company has allowed to happen. IMAGINE your job telling you to work in an unsafe illegal environment..... that's what this company does. Hiring the RCMP as goons a judge also agreed with this. This is out of hand. Leave the old growth alone.
G	Gen C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Seen some comments here praising this company for donating lumber, as if that justifies destroying extremely rare and valuable ecosystems that will never exist again because of their greedy practices. Bro houses are super replaceable and can be built up in a couple days and lumber can be obtained from the 97% second growth forests. There is absolutely no reason on this planet to destroy the last 1-2% remaining old growth. I have no issues with second growth logging but come on, only a completely brain dead person would agree with first growth logging.
m	miguel pastor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave zero stars I would. I witnessed with my own eyes, a Teal Jones worker assault a peaceful protester. This protester was chained to a gate with one arm and had both his legs in a bike lock. Completely immobile and defenseless. the logger busted his lip, gave him a black eye, smashed his head against concrete, broke his ankle, and cracked his ribs. The protester ended up in the hospital. All the while the logger "Glen" was screaming and yelling threats as well as racial slurs. He insinuated that he would also attack child protesters. The police arrived late on the scene after the ambulance, and were reluctant to take any action. Glen drove away. As far as I am aware "Glen" is still hired by Teal Jones to cut down ancient trees older than western civilization, and has not received any discipline for his dangerous and violent actions.

They are single handedly not just destroying the last ancient forest we have and brutally treating the peaceful protesters who are simply just trying to protect our ecosystem. Greed has become the death of our society, and we are just allowing the government, corporations, and law enforcement to do what they want regardless of laws or human rights. I'm disgusted by this. We must stand together and fight to save fairy creek and also protect the rights of our indigenous people.

Trees are preventatives to keep the ground cool, and the ancient forests have such deep history in Canada's past. Canada is known for forestry, but this greedy pursuit means nothing for it. There will be no more resources for people to use if companies like this one mass consumes resources for small amount of pleasure in "profit." It isn't any gain by the way, it's an exchange of resources.

Our future depends on the biodiversity and ecology which has taken 1000s of years of creation. Logging Fairy Creek has a direct impact on climate change. These 1000 year-old trees are deeply routed in the make up of this earth. As a customer, you are supporting the death of our future. Illegally impounding peaceful protesters personal vehicles is just another example of how unethical and immoral Teal Jones is. SHAME ON YOU for your lack of awareness and consciousness. Appalled and horrified.
