This review is for Craig Meeds Head of TD Wealth Private Investment Advise . My experience with Craig has made me question the reliability of TD as an investment institution, as well as his competence as the head of TD Wealth Private Investment Advise . I am not one to write negative reviews, however, given the continuous anxiety and mental trauma I’ve suffered from, It’s high time I say what I think about the head of TD Wealth Private Investment Advise . One of Craig’s TD Wealth Private Investment Advisor’s invested 70% of my money back then in April 2019 in a fund called Bridging Finance mid market Fund. My investments became frozen in April 2021, and the matter has been under investigation by PWC since the last 10 months. Craig is the one who leads the meetings with PWC after every 2 weeks and has a better forecast of the investigation. Seeing this, I requested a meeting with Craig to get some answers and guidance as to how to proceed. He had a phone meeting with me once in September 2021. In January 2022, I emailed him to follow-up since the issue still wasn’t resolved and a large percentage of my money was still inaccessible. Instead of taking the time to speak with me (that too, only for the second time 4 months later), he merely responded with “I don’t have any input at this time.” He was very dismissive and refused to take any accountability . There is still no defined timeline for this matter and the head of TD can't spare time to simply have a conversation with clients who give the institution business. The amount that is frozen is no small number; it should not be an inconvenience for the head of the institution when clients seek answers - especially because they ended up in this terrible situation . The last 10 months have been incredibly anxiety-ridden; not knowing whether I’ll get my frozen investments back has greatly affected my work and family. Imagine having a large sum of your savings inaccessible in a fund that you were told was “safe” by an investment advisor at a supposedly reputable financial institution. And then, your advisor’s manager dismisses you when you request a meeting just to get an update. Reconsider TD as a private investment option for your hard earned money - there is no sense of accountability or support from the head of the institution . He will not communicate with you when you require answers for a serious matter. Jumana Faizy
