J	Justin Maheu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Front end service does not follow up with back end service - I walked in and paid my property taxes more than 15 days early. The day the payment was due, the branch and back office still hadn't completed the payment. The payment was finally concluded, LATE. Now I have to wait t'ill my next PTAX statement in 6 months to go back and ask for reimbursement of late fees. INCOMPETENT. Front end following up with the back office is basic banking guys. Train your staff and managers.
K	KA C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TELLER PAID HIS OWN VISA WITH MY LINE OF CREDIT, AND COST ME MY VACATION. Consolidated all my debt onto a td pre approved line of credit. paid out all my cards over a week ago and closed them all up except one visa card, which i handed to the td teller to payout. well it looks like he paid out his own visa card instead. we are now paying interest on our visa and on our line of credit and waiting 5 days for the branch to investigate the payment error. timing couldnt have been any worse... how do we book a hotel on our one and only maxed out card? pay it again? nice try, thanks td rockland for ruining my first week of vacation in over a year. now... i havent had a late payment in 10 PLUS years until now. now im stuck paying interest at both ends... over limit, with an overlimit fee and late AT THE CREDIT BUREAU, by however long it takes td to fix this. none of which would have occurred without td. who is gonna credit the interext on both ends, fix my credit rating.. which was perfect for my small income, just 2 weeks ago. who will reimburse me my over limit fee? the girl who said i should take up this missing money with rbc? you didnt even give me the visa number you paid it to!

Finally went to another branch... same day service and luckily just before the rates went up. Very disappointing in my small town bank.

D	Dealia Surch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ booked an appointment hoping to open a business account with my partner who has been a long time banker with td. we were both very disappointed with the service we received, our "financial advisor" couldn't advise us of much. he did not know what business accounts td had, didn't know answers to simple questions, couldn't give us any direction at all. before going in to our appointment we did a bit of research on the accounts td carries but it seems like our "financial advisor" didn't feel it was important enough for him to educate himself on those accounts prior to us arriving. so it ended up being a huge waste of time and we left feeling very let down. sorry td, but you just didn't provide.

b	boulosse Lazarus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing is inherently wrong with this place, but it just took my debit card and did not return it. Now I am stuck unable to get funds. If anyone working at this location sees this it would be appreciated to retrieve the card for me.

So i did and got less than half! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE! I'M paying it off with my new lower line of credit, no fees etc.Getting rid of my TD credit cards also!
