Totally Unexceptible! My time is just as valuable as TD's time is. This is customer service? What a joke!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an appointment with Mark last week. I caught a mistake in our loan paperwork, email him the next day. No response. I waited a week and called him using his extention. Still no call back. He calls my wife about paperwork the day after I left him a message and I pick up the phone and let him know we won't be doing the loan. Keep up the great work td.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ignoring customers phone calls isn't the best way to do business. I've been calling them numerous times just to make an appointment. Phone line isn't busy, but none of the representatives bother to pick up phone or call back. I was impressed by the td customer service in Saskatoon and Regina and I've been a satisfied customer of td Bank for years. Now, when I have to drive an hour to Yorkton (which is a closest location for me right now), just to make an appointment, because representatives are too busy to answer phone calls, I'll be switching to different bank.
