β β β β β The associate that helped me took a very long time to get back to me and they weren't very transparent with the fine print and details of their accounts. It's very difficult just waiting and waiting with no response and then hearing about all the hidden stipulations was just frustrating.

β β β β β By far the worst branch I've ever been to. 10 people working behind the counter and nobody except for 1 has the knowledge to help me out with a transfer? A simple banking procedure... Are these people even trained?
And not that it matters THAT much because I'm here for banking and business not chitchat, but they are also coincidentally (or not) the least friendly clerks of any bank I've been to. Which is almost impossible at a bank because they are literally trained and hired to provide excellent customer service.

β β β β β Absolutely horrific location. If you encounter Kelvin Koon, avoid, avoid, AVOID. He will repeatedly ask you about your ability to speak English, will ask you to provide an Anglicized name (even if you don't have one), will make fun of the amount of money available, make comments about the "foreignness" of your name, and is just an awful, unprofessional man. The entire experience was absolutely horrendous. Kelvin was micro-aggressive, made awful remarks, and then had the sheer audacity to jokingly ask about how his service was afterwards. Honestly, if there was something worse than trash, that's what his customer service abilities are like. If you enjoy some micro-aggressive racism, being shamed for your the amount of money you have, and be questioned about why you don't have an Anglicized name, well, then this is the TD Bank for you.

β β β β β Staff here seem courteous, professional and friendly. I enjoy coming to this bank. Clean on the inside and they have a Drive-Through ATM here which is quite convenient.

β β β β β My friend who prefers to remain anonymous (and itβs clear why) went to this location for her normal banking needs. The bank teller got her information as normal and proceeded to use that information to find her on Facebook and message her to hit on her. That is an extreme invasion of privacy and makes it uncomfortable for any young female to continue to go to this location. Please train your employees on proper conduct.

β β β β β I love TD, Iβve been a customer for 15 years, this is the only location Iβve ever been to where the staff are inconsiderate, and disrespectful, every time I visit.
Iβve literally had to leave this branch and go to another branch to do a money transfer because the manager at this branch didnβt want to do it for me.
Not to mention they discriminate here.

β β β β β I am really disappointed with the customer service attitude of the female staff named Mimi Chu. She was irritated when she answered my questions. I don't understand why she has such an attitude. The first time I met an employee with such bad customer service spirit. Right after 10 minutes, I was so shocked I ended the conversation quickly. When I got to the door, I complained about her service attitude to another employee. And he apologized to me. I only have one suggestion, if you're losing your temper or getting impatient with a client, then stay home. Just like you, please "Regain your composure, before driving and entering traffic".

β β β β β To future employees that are considering working at this branch, if you happen to stumble upon this post before you make your final decision, donβt. Saying no to working at this branch may be the best decision that you make in financial career. The turnover rate at this branch is extremely high and if that doesnβt tell you enough about the branch, allow me to tell you some more. The managers at the branch are nice but fake. They will each tell you different things and blame you for not listening. The advisors at the branch also only care about themselves, theyβll steal sales from each other and even from the tellers. Oh right and one more things, more sure you bring some heart medication to work if you do choose this branch. Customer yelling and throwing stuff at you is a daily routine so make sure youβll prepared for that. Oh and you may ask why Iβm writing such an extreme review, well thatβs because voicing your concern through the internal channels do not work, they simply donβt care. And thatβs why google review is the best thing, honestly they should add a function of negative stars, their revenues would skyrocket.
