★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TD's service is usually good but this is the best branch so far of all the banks i have ever been to. Always clean/calm environment friendly employees, never waited more than 5 minutes during peak times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THE ONLY reason I would recommend td to somone is if your a millionaire or require the 8/8 hours never had a problem with them before but since the pandemic I've transitioned to debit more then cash. You would not believe the fees these guys are allowed to dish out my phone company is legally required to tell me when I'm 50$ over but I'm getting 100/200$ WITHDRAWL FEES ( every transaction on your account is a withdrawal) and not even as much as a courtesy call to let me know of this insanity.

I see the staff always listening to clients that require someone to be very attentive and are happy to give that person time to vent about what is going on in their lives that day. The client leaves feeling like the local bank is very personable. Human compassion from employees is something that is very overlooked by management but it goes a long way with people who just need someone to talk to got a few minutes of their day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible this morning. Two tellers only, Eight people in Line. The 2 customers that held up the line didn't help. Exceptionally long wait. Half hour. I would have used the ATM but you hold cheques and I needed this deposit in our business account. Three other customers left because of the wait and no management came out to relieve. Been doing business with TD Canada Trust for 26 years and again I get a teller that wants to put a hold on the cheque. Not sure why, but our history is there.
