Due to their incompetence over the last 2 years this bank has had a half million dollars in fraud, creating new procedures that cripple money movement for personal and business finances. These are children playing with real world money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was helped by Mike, one of the tellers. He not only provided me with speedy service (which was great since I was in a rush to get to work), but was accommodating when I had an issue with my withdrawal. Very much appreciate the service I was given at this TD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good customer service, but long line-ups (well, it's Downtown)... Couple of times the staff didn't know what they were doing, but manager was extremely helpful. Some of the staff is very slow, and too relaxed about the line-ups, they don't seem to care and just doing their own business and little talks. But overall, I like that location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After 20 years I had to close my accounts and move to a new bank. The fees TD charges are higher than most banks and the service just isn't worth it any more. The straw that broke the camels back was when they charged me a $75 service fee for an error the bank made and then offered to credit me back 25% of the fee and said that was the best they could do due to the pandemic. See ya never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an urgent transactional and documentation challenge that TD Burrard Branch's Adriana and Daniel solved within 30 minutes, very late in the afternoon. Adriana composed a smart cover letter and faxed it to the corresponding party in a highly efficient way. There are few bank branches that are capable of providing that level of service in today's era of web banking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited yesterday to ask if they can set up payroll for my employer they didn't try anything and right away told me they can't process my requirements if my employers are not carrying TD account, then I call TD they booked appointment to process my requirement, same night I went to deposit a cheaque via machine, the only machine was available was outside I tried but couldn't complete my deposit then drove to another branch to complete my deposit.
The worst thing I asked for appointment to open a business visa account and they gave my for a day later, today I took off just cause of that appointment but unfortunately when I went they said the appointment is for personal account so I have to book another day for business, not professional at all.
