★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I found out today that the reviews previously posted are an accurate representation of the level of service offered at this branch. I'm not a current customer but I called to get some information on a mortgage. Last week I spoke with someone who was polite but lacked the knowledge, experience and confidence that I would expect when making such a huge decision as obtaining a mortgage. I called today and spoke to a more "experienced" person but she seemed to have very little interest in providing a positive, respectful and polite experience to me as a potential customer. She really held back on giving me a rate and put most of her energy into putting me into my place and ensuring I knew she was an "expert". I ended up not getting a rate but more importantly I ended the phonecall knowing that this was not the level of service or relationship I wanted when dealing with such a very large purchase.
