This review is from both my wife and I. Lalitha was super knowledgeable and helpful for the both of us! She answered all our questions about diet and nutrition and provided each of us with our own healthy diet plans, which were specific to each of our needs. We highly recommend her as a dietitian!

I've had such an awesome experience working with Lalitha. I'm an athlete and have struggled with gastrointestinal issues for well over a year now and for months tried to solve the issue on my own. I tried different diets and supplements, but not of them seemed to help. So, I finally decided to seek help from a nutritionist and got in touch with Lalitha. Within a short amount of time, I felt significant difference not just in my physical well-being, but my emotional health as well. This is probably the best I've felt in years and I have Lalitha to thank for it!

Lalitha delivered a nutrition seminar to my son's peewee hockey team this summer in preparation for the season, and it was excellent! She taught them the importance of everyday nutrition vs just game day nutrition. She engaged them with questions and exercise breaks, and she provided an informational handout with some great tips! A positive and educational experience for our boys and at the perfect age to start having them make their own healthy choices for now and the future. Highly recommend Taylor Nutrition!

Lalitha, a registered dietitian, is a fantastic presenter providing very valuable and beneficial facts and information about proper sport nutrition to our U13 AA hockey team. She provided many resourceful ways for an athlete to maintain a healthy diet for pre-game and post-game meals and snacks. Lalitha's approach in her workshop is wonderful being informative, simplistic and most of all, her clients are having fun learning. She is well-organized and very approachable. Her passion in her work allows her to be very engaging and we are planning a next session with both parents and their children athletes to attend.
