Elle a finalement transféré mon appel à Coop Taxi Laval... à qui elle avait donné la MAUVAISE adresse!! The receptionist / dispatcher looks completely lost. I emailed him my address and repeated it twice on the phone. She finally transferred my call to Coop Taxi Laval ... to whom she had given the WRONG address !!

K	Kenny Malley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ J’ai attendu mon taxi pendant plus de 1hrs à aumoin 5 repris et plus de 2hrs à deux repris! Sa la juste plus de bon sense ! Depuis qu’il sont associés avec la central de Laval le service à la clientèle et atroce et l’attente et interminal I waited for my taxi for more than 1 hour on at least 5 occasions and more than 2 hours on two occasions! Its just more common sense! Since they are associated with the Laval central, the customer service is atrocious and the wait is endless.

Je comprends que c’est Saint-Sauveur, donc la raison que vous devez offrir un meilleur service. Un appel peut prendre 2 heures avant d’avoir un taxi. Offrez à vos clients un approximatif de temps. Il existe de la technology afin de determiner où sont les chauffeurs et combien de temps il reste. On est pas au Mexique, c’est l’hiver à et il fait froid. La raison que Uber est tellement meilleur! Really not professional as a service, the people who answer the phone are not helpful RT even have attitude. I understand it's Saint-Sauveur, so the reason you need to provide better service. A call can take 2 hours before having a taxi. Offer your customers an approximate time. There is technology to determine where the drivers are and how much time is left. We are not in Mexico, it is winter and it is cold. The reason Uber is so much better!

Appel placé à l'avance pour nous assurer d'avoir un taxi à temps pour un rendez-vous important à la clinique (après une mauvaise expérience dans le passé), on nous dit que ça va être OK, 10 minutes après l'heure prévue on rappelle et l'homme au téléphone est hyper impoli et clame qu'ils ne "prennent pas les réservations" et n'ont plus de taxi disponible... pourtant plus tôt personne n'a jamais mentionné ceci. Ça vaut la peine de tenter de prévoir, maintenant rendez-vous manqué évidemment, merci à la compagnie de taxi Saint-Sauveur, d'une grande aide comme toujours. Big lack of professionalism and reliability! Call placed ahead of time to ensure we got a taxi in time for an important appointment at the clinic (after a bad experience in the past), we were told it was going to be OK, 10 minutes after the hour we call back and the man on the phone is super rude and claims that they don't "take reservations" and no longer have a taxi available... yet no one has ever mentioned this before. It's worth trying to plan, now missed appointment of course, thank you to the Saint-Sauveur taxi company, a great help as always.
