We waited 5 hours outside Saturday night for this company and couldn't even get an answer from them!! Their dispatch told us to drive instead (after finding out we had been drinking) believe it or not!! 1 star is being generous for a garbage company like this. UBER NEEDS TO COME TO MONT TREMBLANT TO SHOW YOU GUYS WHAT SERVICE IS!!
A	Al on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called this company for a cab from our hotel to the base of Tremblant. They informed us that they would arrive at our hotel in 10 minutes. 30 minutes later, still no cab. We called back, and again he told us they would be another 10 minutes. Finally 45 minutes after our initial call, it arrived. We did not mind too much at the time as we were not in a rush and we figured it was just a bad moment (it happens). After our night out (around 11pm) we called again to get a cab back to our hotel. The man on the phone said they would be there in 15 min. We waited 45 minutes and no cab showed up. Frustrated, I called back and explained that we had been waiting 45 minutes. He sounded angry that I called and when I asked how much longer he replied that he could not tell me as it depends on if and when they have a fare towards the mountain (They we not going to send a cab for us until they had one going there anyway! ). 1.5 hours later they had still not shown up. Tired and cold, I found the number to another cab company (Taxi Local de Mt-Tremblant) They arrived within 10 minutes of calling them. My experience with Taxi Express was the worst experience I have had with any Taxi company, period.

We were a group of young women and they told us we were required to have male passengers to be taken to our destination. They refused to drive us and left after spewing insults at us. Because we were English speaking, they laughed in our faces. It was ridiculous, disrespectful, and an absolute horrible representation of their community and gender.

A	Anne Sophie Tétreault on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Wasted 3 hours of my time to even get ready in the first place and wait for the taxis NEVER CAME. We were a group of people trying to have a good time in Tremblant and because of them it was too late to even go out after all the waiting. For future customers, don’t call this company for service ESPECIALLY if you’re in the north side area since no one even comes. The voicemail machine is never answered and the company doesn’t care about the customers. During the call they sweared at me thinking I didn’t speak french, I’m beyond insulted. I wished I could give a -1 star but unfortunately those f***ers won’t have the decency to let me.

We had to split the group and some of us waited and kept calling them for over 40 minutes. Got rude answers and "it's not our fault ". We missed a booked activity due to that. Complete garbage. 0/5

My friends and I called this company this past Saturday for a group of 12 guys. We were located in a cottage in Les Laurentides, QC and we were planning on heading to Mont.Tremblant village (40 minute drive) that evening. The gentleman I spoke to at this company around 8:30 pm promised to drive our group with 2 vans which hold 6 people per van. We were planning on heading out around 9:30pm. He later calls me at 9:07pm and tells me that one of the vans tires were flat and could not make it to our location but he agreed that the 1 van was still on it's way but was going to arrive around 10pm. It was an inconvenience to us but I still agreed to the 1 van and had to find another taxi company last minute. I follow up with him on the status of the other van at 9:45 pm and he tells me that their company cannot make the drive out that far literally 15 minutes before we expected that van to arrive. Long story short, do not book this company they do not deliver on their promises and have the worst customer service I've ever seen. I did not read these reviews before booking them, just make sure you don't make the same mistake as us.
