Richard was punctual and was thorough in looking over the roof (Richard is the only one of four contractors that I got a price from that actually got up on my roof). The installation crew was friendly and obviously cared about doing a good job. They did a good cleanup at the end of each day and at the end of the job.

The team came to finish our roof instal on a Sunday morning before 7am to make sure it was done before snow fell. We had a skylight issue again this just happened to be on a Sunday and they were there to check it out within the hour! You cannot ask for a more reliable product or service for your roofing needs. Tony was working on the neighbours roof and had noticed the gutters on my house were clogged with leaves. He mentioned that my gutters will soon overflow if they were not already. I let Tony know that the gutters were on my to do list for the day. I continued to accomplish tasks on my To-Do list outside and he continued his work. Once he was done his job on the neighbours roof he did something that is sincerely appreciated, compassionate and thoughtful! He went onto my roof and cleaned out my gutters! The amount of consideration this man upholds is astounding! I am deeply appreciative of the effort Tony puts into his work. I believe he has true passion for the work he does and that he strives to make the world a better place! Thank you Tony! Thank you Taves Roofing!!

No bins and no hassles they brought their own dump trailer and took the mess away promptly. Thanks again Tave's and i feel comfortable knowing im backed by a 50 year warranty.
