He explained the process and his procedures. We invited his dog Lucy into the yard while the work was getting done and she is also awesome and she loves homemade doggie treats. This review is two thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had Dylan do moss removal on our tile roof. He did an excellent job, the roof if like new. He shows up on time, works hard and does great work. When finished the roof he cleans the eavestroughs and the surroundings like he had never been there. We are very pleased with the results!

Dylan is friendly and professional, lovely to have around and easy to deal with. You can tell he takes a lot of pride in providing impeccable work. I would highly recommend Dylan.

The protective rain-dispersing screen on my bedroom skylight was sagging and made the raindrops sound like pebbles. I couldn’t sleep and was getting desperate.
Dylan came by the same day I had called him and fixed the problem. Now I sleep in peace again.
I was impressed by his willingness to go out of his way - he came by after a full day’s work - and professional approach to my problem. Since my roof needs to be treated for moss, I hired him to do that at a later date.
This is a service oriented business where the customer comes first. I highly recommend it!

Lately as we drive up to our house we are amazed at the difference he made. Our house sparkles!
Did I mention that his prices are very reasonaable? They are.
