He quickly assessed the situation and rectified a longstanding problem we have had with our indoor plumbing which was not up to code. Overall, we were very pleased with his work, his professional attitude and workmanship and the fact he went above and beyond the initial assessment.

Within a few hours he called and said he would be 20 minutes late. Dan arrived as promised , diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem . Very pleased with Dan and the Great service and would highly recommend this company!

Most of the emergency 24 hr services advertised in Kingston said that they actually cannot provide same- day emergency service and would not come to our rescue. However, Dan (who was on his way home) turned his car around and returned to help us out. He was professional, diagnosed the problem very quickly and took care of it immediately. I would recommend his services and will use them again myself.

Dan was courteous, professional, and mindful not to be too disruptive. It was all done within a couple of hours, and the job site cleaned which is always appreciated. I would definitely recommend Tap Tech to anyone needing plumbing services.

He took the time to locate a unique part and he didn't not take long to complete the jobs. He replaced my kitchen faucet and fixed my leaking tub faucet. I would definitely recommend him for your plumbing needs. Most importantly, his prices are reasonable and affordable.
l	linda cross on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got a new washing machine, and the plumber I originally called apparently did not use the right connectors to splice into the old water lines. They started to leak, quite a bit. I called Dan on an emergency basis on a Sunday afternoon. He was able to come and check out the problem. Turns out, the leak could wait till the next day and just as he promised, Dan returned to fix it. While he was turning on the tap for the main water supply, THAT tap started to leak! We had to get the City to come and turn the water off at street level! But Dan wasn't ruffled at all. We were able to coordinate the City and Dan's work, and everything was back to normal, and DRY in no time. With Dan staying calm and cool, he helped me not to panic! What a terrific service, a very accommodating technician and a great outcome. I can't praise Dan and his work highly enough, and don't hesitate in recommending his services. Thanks Dan!!
