Tanks-A-Lot Ltd - Sherwood Park

Jason Solid Rock Solution installed cistern and septic tank from Tanks A Lot almost two years ago and it has 20 years warranty. I contacted Tanks A Lot for cistern leak and after several emails Shawn guy showed up with helper and they used their dirty shoe to go in to my cistern like they stepping in to the septic tank. I had to clean up their big mess took 5 hours. This is not the end of story. They patched couple of cracks. But there was leak through the seal they couldn't fix. The way Shawn explains the leak, like we are stupid, he says there is lots of water around the tank thats why the water coming in to the tank. Then I said but still the water not suppose to be leaking in. He says thats right. I also showed him that the tank is not sitting in square which is installation problem . He goes we are not responsible for installation error. I said then I will contact Jason Solid rock Solution for warranty. When I contacted Jason he says seal leaking caused by driving around the tank. Which is absolutely not true because I have quote from couple of well experienced contractors to change seal. They sent me quote to change complete tank the reason they explains in the quote is that once the tank set on seal it will be hard to move or replace. Not sure what kind of seal they installed. Now we know Jason is not true. Also almost 8 months after tank installation Jason was here to clean the tank and he saw tire track aprox 2 meter away from tank and that was my kids tiny quad I beleive, he took pictures and make big deal about it says we cant cover the warranty and I said ok no problem you are going in to the tank now for cleaning so you can inspect any damage same time.He said yah. After done cleaning he says tank is in good shape and there is no problem at all. Now he denies his responsibility after I myself went in to the tank took the pictures of all defects exposed caused by improper installation. Shawn guy stands with Jason's false excuses. Now I really concerned about quality of septic tank too. Since I spend $50000 only 2 years ago and there is no responsibility either from Tanks A Lot or from contractor I have no choice but to go to court.

Talked to Dan about installing a septic system for my acreage, he kept it simple and efficient. Had no problems throughout the whole process, and it felt very professional. 10/10 would tank again.

Purchased a Six hole distribution box.. it came incomplete.. missing seals. Kinda of important. I called Dan asking to simply find missing seals ... no luck,, no help,, I have spent money,, and still dealing with all the sewage.... what a disappointment. Stay away.. Update,,, sent a note to the manufacturer,, they got me in contact with the distributor in BC,, They sent me out the missing seals, Thank you Polyloc. No help from tanks a lot.

I have a 1518 tank and have issues with it not draining from tank 2 to tank 3. It only has a 3 inch hole with a 90 on 1 side for the drain . No spillover just the 3 inch hole that you can't access from the top. Phoned for some help and was told you bought it you deal with it. GO SOME PLACE Else to buy your tank. Bad design BAD service

Delivered a concrete mold from Colorado, guys were straight on it, helped me un-chain, very quick off load. Great bunch of guys.
