Yes, she got us amazing rates, but it's everything else she does that makes her the best. We were extremely stressed throughout the process, but she would always take the time to explain things and give us confidence that she would handle it. She was also very thoughtful in choosing the right lender - not just using rates, but considering how they evaluate potential buyers, how reliable they are, how much we would like them longer-term after the purchase. She is extremely in touch with the market, knowing when it makes sense to wait vs. lock in, and able to provide strategic advice on which mortgage product makes the most sense given the combination of the market and the individual buyer.
