Marijanel is fantastic! I took my two boys in for a cut and she spent a good amount of time working on their hair and finding all of their cowlicks. She really listened to what the boys wanted and spent time teaching them how to get the styles they wanted. Some people cut hair and others know hair! Marijanel knows hair, she did such a great job on the kids that I booked in for a cut and colour. The price for a kids cut was very reasonable!

Beautiful atmosphere, stringent on sanitization and the staff are super friendly. Marika did my colour and cut and was AMAZING. Love my hair and she made the experience incredibly enjoyable. Will be back anytime I am in the area.

I booked an appointment over the phone during Covid with long hair that was a bit matted. I asked the stylist for a shorter fowhalk but no clippers on the side and keeping a good amount of length to work with on top I was told she only had 15 minutes when we had just started and I drove in from a surrounding town and she then cut out my Mats and clipped the sides I then got visibly upset after losing two years of growth in what took all of a minute. After this they began to rush a little more to get me out sweeping hair as they cut around me. She had left a pretty good amount on top to be cleaned with scissors and trimmed to look nice but ended up trimming to a length that could nearly be achieved with a clipper and adding a spray gel. As she cut I asked for advice on products to reduce my matting and promote healthy thick hair growth informing her of my own hair routine and asking about the products I was already using such as Tresseme conditioner and dove oxygenated shampoo which I was told she knew nothing about as she herself only used more expensive high end products. We then took a look at a basic treatment kit for thinning hair (caused by the matting) which she insisted was genetic telling me I would need to use the product indefinitely meaning for the rest of my life and them talked me out of the sale saying I wasn't thinning much and not worry after she said herself I was. The receptionist was cold and quiet as I left with not so much as a smile. I walked in with beach bumb hair asking for advice and a high-quality hair cut and walked out with what looks like a buzz cut with a cowlick on the front. I've never felt so undervalued as a customer and wouldn't think a hairdresser would have such lackluster knowledge about hair especially in a place called tangles

My hairstylist was very kind and professional. All COVID protocols were followed. This cut was the best I've had in years! It's been two weeks and it looks so good. Thank you to Marika (I hope I got your name right) for this great experience.

Ray did my color, took me from a bronze blonde up to a beautiful ash blonde. She did such an amazing job, my hair looks and feels absolutely beautiful! I am so happy, I will definitely be back to see her again. She was a super lovely person as well. Thank you Ray!!!

I got an updo for my son's wedding this past weekend. I booked the appointment a few month before. They knew what I wanted and even had a picture. The stylist that did my hair was good and professional. I was happy with the job. How ever, when I booked the appointment I was quoted between $70 to $85. When I went to pay the price jumped to $160. I question this and was told because it took longer then they though. This was almost double the price. This is just the wrong way to do business. Very unhappy and will never go back.

I just moved here from Saskatchewan, and was desperately needing a chop of my dead ends. Didn't know where to go, but found Tangles and then I found Tammy! She was AMAZING. I can't say enough good things about her. Her energy, her care for her clients, the whole experience was amazing. Definitely will be coming back to see her specifically again. Thank you, Tammy!!!!! You saved my curls!
