★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was spoken to very kindly staff was friendly but literally the practical help and resource I got was a joke. I basically got send home with papers of belly breathing which we already implement in our life. I would have been better off just googling stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please don't call here they are not interested in helping children, all they want is to blame the parents and turn the child against us and as a result ruining our family. I called and now we are under investigation cause our kid has depression and we must be doing something to cause it. We have forced visits to our home and they managed to increase our kid's stress and anguish. If we were bad parents we wouldn't be calling the government for help. SHAME ON THEM

Imagine coming in for counseling for your child and the workers are talking about how they would rather work at Costco!!!!
This is definitely a place where people only like the pay cheque and not the work that they do!
Just because it's free, does not mean that they have the right to be like this.

Extremely disappointing. I contacted them on the recommendation of my pediatrician, for my tween. The therapist chatted with my kid for the duration of the call, and it was totally futile. I wanted to talk to the therapist about him and she just abruptly shut me down and hung up. This service should be shut down. I will be surprised if it has helped anyone.
