Through our doors is an exotic experience of the deep smell of spice and the rich dining comfort imported from the Indian subcontinent. Tandoori Fuzion is exclusive fine dining located in the heart of St. Albert. Here the taste of ancient secret recipes will cater to both the brave and young taste buds. Without compromise, we serve an 80% gluten free, 100% nut free and vegan food menu. Our creative chefs bring the taste and flavours from different parts of India and combine them with Asian and Canadian favourites. With exotic ingredients, unfamiliar dishes & tongue-twisting flavours, Indian cuisine creates an exciting palette. Coupled with our extensive beer and wines, catering menu, buffet and take-out menu, including skip the dishes, our goal is to create a wonderful experience to our community as we travel through our people’s hearts through their taste buds.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the best Indian food I've found so far. Unfortunately, they would not serve us during the covid shutdowns as we chose to not get vaccinated. Therefore I am reluctant, as are many people, to go back now. We will support a business that welcomed us in instead. The service and food in this place is 5* however, which makes me feel bad about not going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in tonight for a Christmas Eve date night. It was our first, but certainly not, our last visit. The food was outstanding! The service was exceptional! The drinks were tasty! We had a combination platter, each, so we could try a variety, and went home with plenty of leftovers to munch on tomorrow while we wait for turkey. Overall, a wonderful experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was fairly priced with large portions, service was good and fast. Unfortunately they must not own a vacuum! They REALLY need to clean floors and washrooms MUCH better. If they had better house cleaning it would have been an incredible 5 star rating. Also was disappointed in the Pepsi signs on tables, really loses the sit down family restaurant feeling. If they can improve on these things I'm sure it will be much more successful.

The manager was so nice and great service. He explained why they no longer have a buffet. They offer a platter instead and you can upgrade items. We got the platter. Delicious ? and a great amount of food that we have leftovers for home. We had such a great time that we booked the privet room for a party.

They helped us choose our dishes, let us know which sauce goes best with which meat. He was very helpful and friendly. And everything we got was just perfect. I already can't wait to go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for dinner, we had the platter since the buffet has been closed. You can tell they are ready to transition to in-house dining very soon. Wait staff was excellent, food was excellent. Only thing I would say that could be different is that the front counter was not staffed so it was a bit confusing when getting seated. But really great otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We both ordered tali plates, one vegetarian and one regular, and wow, so much food. So much good food! Every was delicious, and given how much food we each got the prices were fairly reasonable as well. The service was quick, informative, and very friendly. The building brand new and clean. We will definitely eat here again.
