TANDEM was hired by my insurance company, they did and excellent work at my home, with a lot of respect and professionalism , taking care of the house and everything around .... highly recommended!!!!!!

Tandem was hired by our insurance adjuster after we had a huge flood caused by the roofing company that replaced our roof. Our boutique on the main floor and the apartments upstairs were seriously affected by this flood. There are no words to describe how Mr. Samuel Dupuis and his team handled the whole situation! Very professional and prompt service by all! The way they respected our business was also remarkable, as we specialize in baptisms, weddings, first communions, and formalwear for children on the main floor, which they respected a lot by sealing and closing off the whole affected area. EXCELENT JOB! VERY GOOD TEAMWORK! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I just wanted to take this opportunity to let you know that the ladies that took care of my packing and moving were exceptional. They treated my belongings and I with respect and I truly appreciated them and all the hard work they put in. Because of their attitude and respect it made it a little easier to deal with the situation I was forced into. I would also like to acknowledge the all-female box moving and preparation that happened, it was amazing to see them all work together. I would appreciate it if you could let them know how much I appreciated them and all their efforts. Again, thank you and I look forward to the unpacking stage once it is time to move back.

This company is an absolute nightmare. Save your time and money, go elsewhere. They created even more damage while trying to renovate our place, and it has been almost a year dealing with it. Poor quality work and unprofessional service.

I paid my deductible directly to Tandem on 17 May, they were really quick to take my money, they said they would start work on 6 June on some major renovations after water damage occurred. It is now 11 July and they refuse to call me back or give me any updates on a start date. As a result I have lost a great future tenant and months of rent. If someone at tandem reads this please get in touch with me to let me know if you’re still planning on honouring the contract or if I should go elsewhere. Update, 13 July, they told me they are not able to finish the work. What a tremendous waste of my time and money. Now I won’t be able to get another contractor for at least 3 months. Thanks tandem, you just cost me at least 5600$ in lost rental income. One star for service is generous. Update, 29 Aug, they made a promise that they would complete the work by mid September. They have yet to start construction. The only possible redeeming thing that can happen now is if they do quality work. The sad part is that they don’t care that they are having a real impact on someone’s ability to pay their bills right now. Update, 28 December, they aren’t even 40% done the work they “guaranteed” would be done in September. Please stay as far away from this company as you can, they will take you for a ride. Update 13 April - it’s been almost a year since the initial work started on my property with this company. They will lie to you, they will steal your money, they will deliver half done work and do damage to you property. Whatever you do, don’t get into the mess that is Tandem, they are far worse than than anything you can imagine. After I fired them for once again over promising and under delivering I had another electrician come in to finish the work and noted that most of the work that tandem did was not to code. I can't say enough good things about Jean Philippe and his team. During what would normally be a very traumatizing experience was less stressful thanks to the professionalism and care that the Tandem crew took. They are extremely meticulous, great at communicating what's happening and what to expect and overall just very helpful. I would highly recommend their services!
