I have met with several counselors in past and did a tremendous amount of research prior to choosing someone who met my needs. She is by far the best - You will NOT be disappointed. She has positively impacted our lives in several areas: she has saved our failing marriage, restored hope when we were enduring tragedy, and provided us with tools to guide us through difficult relationships, friendships, situations. If you are looking for someone who will listen and then provide honest, thoughtful, and highly effective tools to save your marriage and enhance your relationships, look no further. We continue to see her regularly by our own request.

L	L Cla on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Note: only had Tammy for couples counseling. Tammy is fantastic! She may come across blunt and some 'tough love'. But she really cares and she really wants to help and she only means well. My partner and I have had multiple couple counseling sessions with her (all online due to covid) and she has helped us have fun times together during these tough times. I would recommend Tammy for couples counseling for people who want to help and are willing to put in the work to help themselves too. I would not recommend Tammy to individuals who get offended easily as her 'tough love' moments may make those individuals feel bad. For those individuals who still believe that Tammy may still be able to help them, just remember that she only means well and that if you let her know whenever you feel bad from something she said and or how she said it, she will accommodate and be appreciative that you let her know. Her knowledge and expertise really show when she caters her sessions for us. Her recommendations and suggestions of literature and exercises have all been on point so far for us to move closer together. Thank you Tammy for all your help and I hope our future sessions will be just as fulfilling as the others.

With other counsellors, both for personal and relationship issues, I've found them to sometimes dodge tough conversations or feed off negativity which could lead you down the wrong path. But Tammy is a straightforward and no nonsense therapist that tries to help the best she can, and she backs up her suggestions with research and short anecdotes which I find gets points across very easily. She's not for everyone, some may find her style too blunt or not friendly enough, but if you're struggling with relationship problems it might be exactly what you need, and you'll likely learn something about yourself you never knew.

Her sessions are full of suggestions, and stories as examples to make you feel like you're not the only one struggling with the problems. If you're open to listening, she will advise you on where to focus on. Highly recommend her for couples - and the best time to start therapy is before all the bad stuff lingers for too long. She helped us develop good habits, and became a neutral third party that helps us see what we're doing wrong.
