★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food at restaurant was delicious. Great little store with great selection. Great fishing on the lake, caught our limit everyday. Super friendly owners. Couldn't be a better vacation spot in my opinion!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best General store for 200km. Ive never stayed at the resort because our family has a cabin in the area but we do go here a few times a year to purchase fuel shop and eat in the restaurant. The campground looks nice and is usually busy, the store has all the essentials for a summer vacation in the lakes district. The owners seem like nice people too

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Large menu with great prices in the restaurant. The store has almost everything just ask. This is real gathering place for all of the locals. Be sure to stop in, get your supplies, and ask questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The experience getting to this campsite was thrilling in and of itself (who knew a ferry was part of the highway system?) -- for anyone unfamiliar with the area, make sure you check the ferry times in advance so you aren't stuck waiting on the other side of the lake.
In addition to our ferry adventure, my husband and I had a lot of fun sitting on the docks and fishing. The surrounding views are gorgeous (loons and their chicks, sparkling water), and the grounds clean and groomed. Free firewood was an absolute bonus!
One downside was the amount of loon poop on our campsite; however, that might have been the price we paid to be right on the shore, with our own private rocky beach area. Overall, we had a lovely time here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been coming here at least once a year for 6 years. Great rainbow fishing! Owners and staff are service oriented and personable. Cabins are reasonably priced and campsites maintained well.
