★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Mandates", "directives", "mandatory" (administrative terms) a are not LAW, nor should be treated as such, whether they come from the provincial nor federal level; rather are "offers to contract". Get a basic Law instruction before rejecting family members making claims under such grounds. If your ignorance of the LAW is proportional to your ignorance of care, good luck to the rest of the families of the other old folks hosted there.
