D	Darci on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BEAUTIFUL!! Running water for washroom and shower. I didn't use the shower. But if you dont want to travel out to the back country. This little gem just off the river is great. Mother Nature at your finger tips here!
B	Bretlyne Friday on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The park manager has zero hospitality, it's actually shocking how rude and unprofessional she was. The campsite also had lots of out houses that were full and closed off. Its a great spot for a baseball tournament, if everyone knows their neighbours.
M	Mat Corns on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ended up staying in the Group Campsite side, which is next to the Baseball Diamonds. We stayed at the Wolfs Den Group Site and it was fully fenced off, allowing dogs to be off leash without worry. The site itself is okay, nothing special at all. Infact, they had outhouses but have been out of commission for the past 10 years and if someone dares to open one of the doors, it is the worst smell you have ever smelt in your life!!! The have group spots that are right along the river and we will be trying those out next time we visit Tail Creek Campground!
M	Michele Watson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove 2 1/2 hours for this great campsite and we were up till 11:30pm, there was no mandated quiet time and some older man came into our campsite and yelled immediately. Which was terrifying all by itself. He seemed very intoxicated and claimed he owned the place and would kick us out because we were being too loud. There was six of us around a fire. This was our second night and others were up waaay later the night before but that was okay cause that's why we stayed here. It's a nice place to camp but the managers are jerks.. good luck staying here, I'd have a back up plan just in case.
N	Nikki Jackman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was out at the campground for the long weekend and with there being a ball tournament out there it did get loud at night I figured things might settle after the first night however it didnt so I went to the manager on the second night and he was very approachable to talk with and he went down to talk with the people about the noise level. By no means was he intoxicated Michele or a jerk, I hate to be the one to inform you that you were the one who was intoxicated. It's a beautiful campground that is being kept quite well

G	Glen Martin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The first thing you need to know is that the campground has new management this year. Tam was super friendly and helpful. They are in the process of fixing things up, but generally we found the facilities great. We were unsure of the campground based on previous reviews, but I think a lot has changed with new managers. We went in early July, and all the outhouses had hand sanitizer. The on-site dump station was also free. They were also setting up to sell a few treats, like ice cream and pop. The location is great, right by the river, with a beach and a boat launch. The water was very warm and shallow, with lots of kids playing, and people sitting with their lawn chairs in the shallows. They have non-potable water available, and there are showers (they were still officially closed when we were there due to COVID). No outside firewood is allowed, but you can buy it on site, and the price was reasonable. The campground is well treed, although depending on the site, there may not be a lot of privacy. There are some great group sites, with room for several units, and some of these are back in their own section of trees. The sites along the river are open, as would be expected. All in all a nice campground, with a reasonable 2-hour drive from Calgary.
